We see this project extremely beneficial to the community and the effect such a small gesture like this can have socially, environmentally and even economically for people is huge.

Plastic Bag Free Tairawhiti – Flag the Bag!
Our group also views the ‘Flag the Bag’ campaign as a change to put Te Tairāwhiti on the map for something positive, and to show the rest of the country some of the great things that happen here.
